Do i need to register as a member?

You don't have to register to view the site. However, if you want to buy/rent or post anything on the site, you will need to register. Registration is free and your personal details will be kept confidential with us.

How do i place an order online?

Browse through our inventory by clicking on our shop tab or narrow down your search by typing in the keywords( title of a product etc.) under the quick search bar. When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping. Once you're ready to complete your order, go to your cart and confirm by clicking on "checkout" to complete your order.

How do you know that your order was received by us at bogas.com.sg?

When your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will include your order date, order number, the items that you have ordered, shipping details and total cost. You may also check your order's status under "My Account" once you login.

Will there be additional charges if i make payment online?

Nope. All online transactions are free, simple, and secure using Paypal. We will also accept Cash on Delivery(COD) for orders within Singapore.

I want to rent some games. How does your rental work?

It's easy! All our rental packages allow you to rent our games for a standard duration of 5 days! Choose one rental package that you find most suitable for you and add it to cart. Next all you have to do is select your choices of rental games( select only the in stock items under sub-categories)and add them to cart. Match the number of rental games to your package. Confirm your order and check out. We will get back to you within the same( orders must be done before 12pm) or the next working day. If you have any doubts do not hesitate to let us know!

When will my order arrive?

We make every conscientious efforts to get your order to you within the same/next working day once your order is processed. A standard flat rate of SGD$5, we will send your order straight to your door step or any designated address within Singapore. You may also choose to do self collection at no additional charges.

How are your self collection conducted?

Self Collection will be conducted Mon-Sat(except Public Holidays) at Boon Lay, Choa Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, City Hall MRT Stations from 6.30pm-9.30pm. We will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangement for collection.

What do we do with your personal information we receive on orders?

Bogas respects your privacy and keeps all information collected during the sign-up and order process completely private. We do NOT share, sell or give away any of your private information to anyone for any reason.

I live outside of Singapore. Do you accept overseas order?

Yes, we welcome you to shop with us! Let us know what you are ordering and your shipping address. We will get back to you shortly with the shipping quotes to your country. After which you can make payment via Paypal and we will ship out your order within 1-2 days. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped.

Note: For international shipping, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

What is the meaning of Ding 'n' Dent?

Occasionally due to shipment and handling, games arrive to us with some slight damages. We put these games aside from the ones we sell and place them under our Ding 'n' Dent collection. All Ding 'n' Dent games are new, unplayed and with every components intact. Games like these are put on sale at close to cost price and we guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase.

Do we offer gift wrapping services?

We can gift-wrap any item you purchase from us. During the checkout process, before you choose your shipping option, you will be given the chance to choose giftwrap and/or gifttags.
